What We Don’t Use

  • Mineral Oils

    They form a film on the skin and clog the pores, blocking moisture and oxygen circulation of the skin.

  • Allergenic Perfumes

    Can cause allergic reactions.

  • Sodium Laureth Sulphate (SLS/SLES)

    This synthetic substance is used in shampoos for its detergent and foam-building abilities. It can cause eye irritation, skin rash, hair loss, scalp scurf similar to dandruff, and allergic reactions.

  • PEG and Synthetic Emulsifiers

    Used in many cosmetic creams and oil bases. Can be contaminated with 1,4-dioxane. Not suitable for damaged skin.

  • Chemical Preservatives (i.e. Parabens)

    Skin and eye irritant; endocrine disruptor; an environmental contaminant.

  • Essential Oils

    Can cause allergic reactions.
